2.25 mile run outside today. Legs feel a bit better. Spent more time on stretching before and after the run. I also got the new scale up and running. 202.6 before the run. 200.6 after. I also set my goal for 170 lbs. I’d like to do this at about 10 lbs per month. We’ll see how it goes.
